Nooky House is a beautiful beamed two bedroom cottage designed by a well-known local architect and located in the stunning coastal village of Cley next the Sea. Situated on the village green at Cley, Nooky House is perfectly located for a walk into the village or to nearby Wiveton. A short drive also takes you to Holt, a beautiful Georgian town with many independent shops and cafes. The cottage has an impressive open plan living area, double height beamed ceiling and a fully glazed gable end overlooking the patio area. Fast fibre wifi provides excellent connectivity.

• Kitchen area includes granite worktops, double butler sink, a halogen
hob, fan-assisted oven, under-counter fridge with icebox, microwave,
and dishwasher. A small freezer is located in the cupboard under the stairs.
• Large lounge area with sofas and wifi connected TV.
• Formal dining area with 4 seater solid oak table and chairs.
• Downstairs WC.
• Two double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower room/WC including, power
shower and heated towel rails.
• Ample storage space.
• Cupboard on the landing houses a washer/dryer.
• Outside seating area for use of Nooky House guests only.
• Ample off street parking is available outside the property.
• Nooky House shares courtyard access with a second holiday let property
(Watts Cottage). Watts Cottage guests have a separate outdoor dining
area that is well screened by tall bamboo planting. The two properties
are available for let together for up to 8 guests, subject to availability.
